Domestic Shipping (US)
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Under that, standard is $6.50 flat. Standard transit is 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Express (1–3 business days, UPS) is $18 flat at checkout regardless of order size.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL eCommerce or local postal handoff. Rates calculate at checkout based on destination — typically $18–$32 for Canada / Mexico, $24–$45 for Europe, $28–$55 for the rest of the world. Transit is 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our rates — check your country’s threshold.
Processing Time
We hand-pack from our small studio in Portland. Orders received Monday–Thursday before noon Pacific ship the same day; orders after that ship the next business day. During a launch week or holiday rush, processing can stretch to 2–3 business days — we post a banner on the homepage when that’s the case.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your label prints. If 48 hours pass and you still don’t have one, please check in with us — sometimes the email lands in spam.
Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed tees with the tag still attached. Email us at returns@kindlingthreads.com with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
Same as returns — email us, send the original back with the prepaid label, and we ship the new size as soon as the return is in transit (no waiting for it to land back here). Free both ways.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If something arrives damaged or we’ve mis-picked the order, email hello@kindlingthreads.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — you don’t need to ship the wrong one back.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout (deeply discounted seasonal closeouts) are not eligible for return or exchange. We’ll always flag this clearly — the product page and the checkout will both say so.
