Products, Pricing & Availability
We do our best to show products accurately, but colors can vary slightly between monitors and from photo to physical item. Prices are listed in US dollars unless noted. Prices can change without notice (we try not to). If something is mispriced by an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you fully.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we charge your card and ship. We can decline orders for any lawful reason (out of stock, suspected fraud, shipping address we can’t deliver to). Returns & Refunds
Returns within 30 days on unworn items with tags. See shipping & returns for the full process. Items marked “Final Sale” aren’t returnable.
Intellectual Property
The brand name “Kindling Threads,” our logo, the starburst illustration, our photography, our garment designs, and the site’s text are all owned by us. You may share product images on personal social media. You may not reproduce them commercially, use our designs to make derivative products, or pass them off as your own. If you want to feature us in a publication or partnership, just reach out — we’re usually happy to say yes.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, change your password and let us know. We can suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and the products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to what you paid us for it. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA (where we’re based). Any dispute that we can’t resolve directly will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Multnomah County, Oregon. We’ll try our best to resolve things directly first — almost everything is fixable with a quick email.
